Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, and anything you write in a form, a booking request or a message to us.
- Health and fitness information you choose to share as part of coaching, assessments or program design.
- Payment information, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
- Website usage information, such as pages viewed and approximate location, used to improve the site.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and schedule consultations and sessions.
- To deliver coaching, training programs and account support.
- To send appointment reminders, confirmations and service updates.
- To send occasional promotions, only if you asked to receive them.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Text messaging and mobile opt in
We collect two separate text message consents, each with its own unchecked box on the opt in form at https://go.gymthirty.com/sms-opt-in. Service consent covers appointment reminders, booking confirmations, coaching check ins and replies to questions you send us. Marketing consent is separate and optional and covers promotions, offers and program launches. Neither consent is a condition of purchase, and agreeing to service texts never enrolls you in marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or call 919-899-7093.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the messaging providers that deliver the messages on our behalf, and those providers may not use the information for any other purpose.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, such as our scheduling and messaging platform, our email provider and our payment processor, and only to the extent they need it to provide that service. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking technologies
This website uses cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your form session. Analytics cookies tell us, in aggregate, which pages people visit so we can improve the site. Advertising and social media pixels may be used on our main site to measure the performance of our ads.
We do not use cookies or tracking technologies to collect or share mobile opt in data. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and you can turn on Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control; blocking some cookies may stop parts of the site from working properly.
Data security practices
We protect your information with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. Our website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and form submissions are transmitted and stored encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to client records, phone numbers and consent records is limited to GYM:30 staff who need it, and is protected by individual accounts and strong passwords. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our systems. We review access regularly and remove data we no longer need. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as required by law at hello@gymthirty.com.
How long we keep it
We keep client records for as long as you are a client, and afterwards only as long as legal, tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@gymthirty.com or call 919-899-7093. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any such email, and from text messages by replying STOP.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.
