Sound familiar?

Do you know you should be lifting, but nobody has ever shown you how?

  • Have you heard that strength training protects bone and muscle after 40, then had no idea where to start?
  • When you walk into a gym, do you end up on the same machines because you are not sure what else to do?
  • Have you tried following a video at home and wondered if your form was even right?
  • How long have you been meaning to start?

Be honest with yourself

What happens if nothing changes?

If you are still guessing a year from now, what would that mean for you? And if you could walk up to a barbell, set it up yourself and lift it with confidence, how would that feel?

Real women, real results

Leigh Ann, 52

No excuses about hormones, age or motivation. Leigh Ann trained with GYM:30 for years, following our training, nutrition and wellness programming, and this is what it did for her.

She started exactly where you are: with a first session.

How we solve it

The biggest thing holding women back is not strength. It is not knowing how to start.

So a coach takes eight women through the four lifts that matter, one per Saturday, with the setup, the cues and the version that fits your body today. Between Saturdays you get two 30 minute workouts in the GYM:30 app, at the gym or at home. Day one we run a Fit3D body scan so you have a real before, and we repeat it on the last Saturday.

What that means for you: you walk into any gym after this and know exactly what to do.

What you keep

  • Four coached sessions, 9 to 10am
  • A four week program in the app
  • Two Fit3D body composition scans
  • Your lift numbers written down
  • Video of you lifting, week one and week four
  • Seven other women who started where you did

The four Saturdays

7, 14, 21 November and 5 December 2026

Thanksgiving weekend is off on purpose.

Saturday 7 November

Hinge and brace

Deadlift pattern from zero, plus your Fit3D body scan so you have a real before.

Saturday 14 November

Squat

Bar on your back, depth, bracing, and the regressions that make it fit your body.

Saturday 21 November

Push and pull

Bench press and rows, the two lifts that change how your upper body feels.

Saturday 5 December

Deadlift and test

Pull from the floor, test all three lifts, repeat the scan, graduate.

Honest answers

What women ask before they sign up

I have never touched a barbell.

That is the entry requirement. Every woman in the room is starting in the same place, and the first thing you learn is how to set up a bar by yourself.

I am not fit enough yet.

Nobody gets fit first and then learns to lift. Every movement has a version that fits where you are today, and your coach picks it for you.

What if I miss a Saturday?

Come in during the week and your coach walks you through what the group covered, no charge. Four Saturdays over five weeks, with the Thanksgiving weekend off on purpose.

What happens between Saturdays?

Two 30 minute workouts in the GYM:30 app, done any day that suits you, at the gym or at home. They are what makes the next Saturday feel easier.

What do I need to bring?

Flat shoes, water, and a willingness to look like a beginner for an hour.

What happens after the four weeks?

A conversation, not a sales pitch. Some women keep training with us, some take what they learned and use the floor on their own. Both are a win.
